I can't remove an iCloud backup created on iOS 9

I installed iOS 9 on my iPad and a backup of my iPad is now stuck in my iCloud storage account. It shows 134.1GB (I have a 128GB device). Anyhow, I only have the 200GB account so now I can't back up my other devices.


I tried deleting the backup from my Macbook Pro and from my iPhone, but I get a message that reads "The selected items couldn't be deleted. Try again later".


Called Apple support and they say that they don't even see the backup on my account.


Any ideas?
