Direct TV - Single Sign on - Tv Provider

When I try to sign in to my direct tv account in settings under tv provider, I get this error:

We are sorry, but you are not authorized to access this web site. Please verify you are authorized and re-enter your User ID and Password.



If i enter invalid credentials it presents a different error. Can anyone else sign in with their provider? Same happens, not matter the device. Do I need to contact direct tv?

DirecTV and DIRECTVNOW are separate, and the single-sign-on is for the original DirecTV Satellite provider ONLY. So if you are using DIRECTVNOW, it has it's own app for AppleTV and iOS.

I have DirecTV, not DirectTVNOW, and I get the same error. I've been getting this error since this was first enabled in the betas, when DirecTV was available. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Probably not the most helpful response, but I have had no problems getting my DirecTV login working. I had it on an iPhone and AppleTV during the beta, and it took the very first time.

I am having a problem also with DirecTV but different. In latest beta of iOS 10.3, and tvOS I am unable to select DirecTV as a provider for the single sign-in feature in settings. For all service providers listed a log in screen pops up immediately, but with DirecTV there's just a blank screen with spinning gear for a few minutes and a message that the provider is temporarily unavailable. This happens on iPhone 7, iPad Pro and AppleTV 4 all running latest betas. On an iPhone 6 running 10.2 it works just fine. This seems independent of the DirecTV app or Now service as I can't even get a log in screen.
