I have a big issue with a client. I try to distribute an iOS (iPad) app using an Adhoc profile (with UDID embed).
I have no problem to build the IPA but when I upload the ipa and the plist on my client's server protected with a Geotrust / RapidSSL certificate (domain validation), the download of the app is not what it should be : the app is put to "pending" from the beginning to the end (the installation) and doesn't show the loader.
I thought it was a certificate problem but i'm not sure of it. The guideline of Apple says that i've to use a "fully qualified https url" in the plist but that's all.
I don't know if the certificate on the domain is enough "secured" and I'm lost with this kind of issues (SSL ? TLS ?) May be the problem is coming from something else ? I'm wondering if the fact that i can't see the loading of the app can be caused by the fact that the iPad can't see the size of the file to download...
