is there a way to shut off the "tab bar" (the 2nd window bar above the main window bar) for all Xcode windows?
it seems like you can do it window per window using Hide Tab Bar, but not globally
i dont know how this got switched on, i did not do it purposely
the reason: if i accidentally try to drag a window by this tab bar, Xcode crashes constantly
