The company I am working for has enrolled for an apple developer program as organization account and one of the requirements is that the company must have a website. My question is does apple approve the account if the website has no content yet, and the landing page says coming soon?

I haven't seen a definitive answer to this (from Apple, or elsewhere), but the website must exist.
In the early stages of a project, it seems entirely reasonable that the website would be under construction, when the Apple Developer account is first created.
