The Youtube channel icon is overlapping the channel name in the history section of the YouTube app. See the image below to see the bug.

That may well be a site design issue.

Did you test on another browser ?

if same problem, you should ask youtube directly
if it works, then file a bug report on Safari.

note: it is useless to create 3 threads for the same question. You should instead edit your previous post or reply yourself to it if the 1 hour delay after creation is over.

You will want to check for and apply any available YouTube app update from Google. If any available update does not resolve this issue, you will want to log a bug report with Google, as they may or may not see bug reports in their app posted here.
