There is this app that after install and a monthly subscription purchase inside the app, asks me to "recharge" the app with additional money on their website. To my understating it is a violation to ask the user to pay for app use, outside of the app.
Is there a place where I can send a screenshot of my chat with the support where they ask me to go to their website and "Charge" my account with funds?
