I had an review issue. And I solved it in new version. I want to remove my reviewing version and create an new version , but can not find any button to stop current reviewing version and create a new one. It seem a bug in new App store connect.
Can not remove the reviewing version.
By experience, I noticed that it should be better to complete the first submission and send a new one immediately after for review. Otherwise the first may block the whole process.
