I get the following. 403 Forbidden

Anybody else have this problem?

Yes, I get the same error.

Error as well for release notes. The page you’re looking for can’t be found.

Looks like they have not yet loaded the pages, just put the links. https://developer.apple.com/documentation/xcode-release-notes/ does not list release notes for 13.2.

Or we are too many to try to download.😉

Let's be patient a few more minutes.
