Does IDFA reset at the moment of user opting out app tracking in iOS 14.5?

On iOS 14.5:

  1. Does my IDFA reset when I opt out app tracking for one app but remained opted in for other app?

  2. Does my IDFA reset if I turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track?"
