Cannot change name of In App Subscription: locale error

I can't change or update the name of an autorenewable subscription product that has been around in our app store for a while, and is current approved/available for sale. I am receiving an error "There are duplicate locale codes in the request". I am trying to update the subscription display name.

This happens when I change the current localization.
