I am trying to pay Apple developers program fee by using my VISA Card but there some information that apple require from the bank for the order to be confirmed but the problem is that the local bank told me that they don't offer that type of information that apple is asking for and I was thinking of using my PayPal account as a solution so I was asking if it is possible to pay the fee using my PayPal account.
