Xcode 8.2 / iOS 10.2 not ready for App Store Distribution?

Seeing this also for tvOS 10.1

The tools are ready...the store, as usual, isn't.

It seems routine that a full sync across the backend to set new flags for new tools is always a delayed follow-on from when the tools hit the streets.

When the store is ready, the forums will light up, so be patient, keep trying and check here as often as practical.

Were working on a fix. I will post again when the fix is in place.

Once the fix is out, will we have to rebuild or can we reuse the exist binary that was marked bad?

The problem has been resolved.

If you were previously rejected, you will need to increase your apps version, rebuild, then submit.

I uploaded a new build with new version number four hours ago , but it is in "Processing" state. 😟

Now the processing finished. 🙂 (12:58 CET)

HI, I've submitted an app twice from Xcode 8.2. Xcode says the submission is succesful. However, I've received no email confirmation of the builld being received and nothing is showing in iTunesConnect. Is there some kind of issue stll?
