phone app crash when launching

Since I installed iOS9 beta2, phone app crash when the app is launching. So I can not make a call!

I can get the call. Anybody has the same problem?

I havé the same problem. I can make calls using the address book though. But no workaround yet to dial a new number.

This just started happening to me as well. Although it worked fine for the first few days with beta 2.

I tried reinstalling iOS9beta2 and restore from backup. But the phone app still crash.
