We bought a new car with CarPlay support: Mini Countryman, 2021 model year.
Unfortunately, there are issues when using CarPlay with iPhone 11 Pro Max. The phone connects, starts working, but after awhile some weird issues start to happen: sometimes the music is jammed, and it looks like the screen also freezes. This looks some kind of a connectivity issue. We have visited our dealer and they rebooted (or something similar) the car system. This didn't help. The phone uses the latest iOS 15 update.
The same car works totally fine with iPhone 12 Pro with the newest release iOS 15 version. No issues ever happen. Considering this fact, it looks like there is some problem with the iPhone 11 Pro Max, and not the car.
Does anyone know if it can be somehow fixed? I have read similar older topics, but I couldn't find any solutions. Of course I tried to reconnect the phone, "forget it" in the car, reset network settings. Didn't help.
