Cannot create provisioning profile because there are no devices registered in your account on the developer website. Promblem is, I do not own an IOS device... how do i solve this?
Provisioning profile without IOS device
it does not seem to matter i have my own iPad and can't get a profile or a successful build. 8 days it worked, thanks for screwing up my customer presentation Apple.
I also don't own an IOS device. So I can't set up the 2-factor authentication. So seems now I can't manage my app's certificates and keys anymore. Why are they limiting their 2-factor authentication to IOS devices? Or am I missing something?

Perhaps it's the long standing paid Developer Program account requirement to have at least one device registered in the Member Center/Devices?
