Guideline 3.2

Good morning, I have an app that is being rejected for the reason that it does not comply with the guideline 3.2, the app is about a mining company where employees can log in and find out about news and information of interest in the mine, but Likewise, citizens can also access the app in an option called access as a citizen, since it seeks to maintain transparency with the mining project, which is an agreement between a multinational and the Dominican state,

Two months ago the app was rejected several times, but after correctly explaining the app it was approved, and it was pending publication.

Two weeks ago we resumed the project and made some performance and code improvements but maintaining the same functionalities, so I rejected the binary that I had pending publication to send the new one for review and guess, it was rejected, I have explained it several times The reason why it must be in the app store, because a common citizen must access the app, and I also do not understand why it was rejected by the same reason that I explained two or three months ago and after having an approved binary that was pending of publication if the functionalities and design of the app are the same.

I have been answering the rejections by the resolution center for almost two weeks now.

it was approved, and it was pending publication.

Why didn't you publish at the time ? Rejecting a publication is generally not a good idea, as it can block the process. It is better to publish and immediately submit a new release.

.

I also do not understand why it was rejected by the same reason that I explained two or three months ago and after having an approved binary that was pending of publication if the functionalities and design of the app are the same.

Problem may be that reviewer is not the same.

A good practice, if you have had problems to get accepted one time, is to very clearly explain the situation for the new review: what issues were raised, how you solved and that it was accepted.

Note: which topic in 3.2.2 caused the rejection ?

So, the older version of your app is on the Appstore ?

And you submitted a new version that was rejected for a different reason ?

Did you explain what you wrote here in Comments for reviewer ?

.

Now they reject the app because they think that my app should be in Apple Manager Bussines

I do sot find this in Guidelines 3.2.2 What is the exact message you get ?
