My app was revisioned however testflight isnt enable

I just can't use Testflight. There are no options to enable create some tests. My app is ready to sale after revision but i'm unable to enable the testflight. First, I have the message "there is no compilation available". So I've sent to revision. After the revision, nothing changes. So I've tried to place it in expired. Now, my app is ready to sale however the testflight is unable to be executed.

It's not simple.

Forget it. Now I have understood that the process to validate the testflight is different from the app store. However, I have missed some button to review the same compilation when I have changed only metadata for example. At this moment, I had to build a new version (with no changes in binary) in order to enable a new review.
