I am individual developer from China. I recently developed an app and wanted to get it on the Apple Store. So I tried to enroll the developer member.
And The Developer App shows that there may be an issue with your account that need to be resolved
So I contacted the Apple Developer Advisor, and They told me that:
Apple Advisor: There may be one or more issues with your account, so you cannot continue to enroll.
And I request the Senior Advisor
Me: can you tell me the reason?
Apple Senior Advisor: There may be one ore more issues with your account.
Me: Can you tell me exactly why?
Apple Senior Advisor: There may be one ore more issues with your account.
Me: So you cannot tell me the reason and can not give even one solution.
Apple Senior Advisor: There may be one ore more issues with your account.
Apple Senior Advisor: You can install the app to your own device.
