Xcode 13.2.1 not updating

After three days, I has not been possible to obtain this version from Apple, I can't stop or restart the process. Any tip will be very welcome. Thanks !!

  • Facing same problem. It is extremely slow. Stuck at 2%. Never completes. Starts from the begining. Starting soon --> 2% --> Repeat!

  • it's done) I didn't anything, restart macbook, opened a few times Xcode (it was 13.1 version and it shows updating spinner in appStore app)
