I recently upgraded to the Iphone 13 Pro. While browing PDF files in safari, scrolling of PDF lag and freezes before resuming. I have no such issues with Iphone 11 pro with the same OS.
Probably is due to the 120Hz fresh rate is unlocked if I limit to 60Hz or turn on battery saving mode The problem is gone.
This problem is existing for about 3 months since the iPhone 13 Pro first being launched.
And recently in the new developer beta iOS 15.3 STILL NO FIX!!!
