Monterey 12.1 on MB Pro 13 M1 - MS Outlook Spotlight Search not working

Is there any real solution to fix? What did not work:

  • Update Monterey
  • Update MS Outlook
  • Re-Install Outlook
  • Deleting Outlook Profile
  • Deleting all of the email accounts and re-register such

Any other idea?
