"Your enrollment could not be completed at this time"

Hello, please i have a problem with enrollment. i have gone past inputting DUNS. But i got stuck immediately after filling the contact information. Keeps on saying "your enrollment could not be completed at this time" and it has been saying so for the past one week. so i can neither get to the agreement page nor pay..

Please i would appreciate any help given as this is really urgent. Thank you.
