Today I just saw my app status changed to “Ready for Review” after I was submitted a new version
so I wondering why it not change to “Waiting for Review” ? But it just change to “Ready for Review”

I also have an app stuck in ready for review ?? I don't have the submit for review button anymore , what should I do ? ?
When App status is "Ready for review" then you will have one button "Add for review" so when you click this, it will navigate to the option where you will get "Submit for review" button to submit it again.
I had this problem too. You have to submit it manually.
In the Left side, in section 'General', there should be a section 'App Review':
I usually use Chrome Browser, the item 'App Review' was not appearing there. I then logged in on Safari, and saw the App Review menu-item. There you can select items to submit for review
This worked for me. Didn't show on Chrome, showed on Safari
My Safari of version 12.1.1 cannot open the item link in the "App Review" (always spinning cursor and no content displayed). So that I cannot submit my app manually for review. After several day waiting, I try to download Chrome on my mac and it can display the item page normally and then I can finish my request at all. What a shit!
