Websites are not scrollable (not responding to touch swipe up/down gesture) in bottom area (around bottom 5% marked on screen).
I have noticed on that area i am unable to scroll webpage only if i have moved address bar the top of browser (marked on screen2). Issue appears only when webpage is long and in due to scrolling all bars are going to be hidden.
