Dear,
My application is on App Store and in-app purchase worked correctly before. The issue began around 2 weeks ago without any change to the app:
- The issue is the app cannot get the available products from Apple
- The issue only happens on App Store version. It works perfectly on developer, Adhoc and Testflight builds
- I even tried to use a completely new Apple account on my device to purchase (to avoid issue with existing purchase for example) but no luck
- All products are still in "Approved" status on App Store Connect
Some topics about this said this may be an Apple's bug on specific accounts and an approach is contacting Apple to resolve it but I'm not sure about that and I don't have support subscription so I would like to get some advices here first.
