After updating to the macOS Monterey 12.3 Beta (21E5206e), Safari crashes immediately after trying to open.
I tried a workaround from a similar problem where I click a link from another app (i.e. Notes) to cause Safari to open and bypass the Start Page. Unfortunately, this solution doesn't work with this problem.
Is anyone else having this problem or have any suggestions on a fix?

Have same issue after an update. Weird that it is still not fixed after a month.
I've had this same problem after installing Monterey 12.3 on my Macbook Pro (2020, Intel). I've tried restarting with no change. All that happens when I open Safari is the infinite rainbow wheel. So I can't trouble shoot anything with Safari settings because the rainbow wheel appears on the tool bar as well. If anyone has a solution to this problem, please post!
