Rejection due to App Tracking Transparency

I've used @react-native-community/push-notification-ios and react-native-background-fetch for send live trade notification to user.

For Tracking Permission request I've used react-native-tracking-transparency.

Before seeking Notification permission we've request Tracking Permission to user. If user allow us, then we start background notification service.

But, App Store rejected my App due to Guideline 5.1.2 - Legal - Privacy - Data Use and Sharing

Please help me, how to I solved this issue.
