Account Renewed but iTunes Connect Says Expired

I recently renewed my apple developer account.

When accessing iTunes Connect, it says my membership has expired as shown in this image:

I tried going into Agreements, Tax and Banking but I get a similar message as iTunes Connect as shown in this image:

What am I suppose to do to be able to access and use iTunes Connect?


P.S. I have setup all my certs, identifier and profiles

I've contacted support, still awaiting for a reply. If I have an answer I will post an update here.

I have the same problem and contacted support on Saturday about this. Haven't heard back.

You might want to give the phone support a try. I called the support line (https://developer.apple.com/contact/phone.php) and referenced my Case Number from my email confirmation.


The representative didn't seem to understand the problem I was having, but after a couple of minutes of them fiddling around, I was able to log into iTunes Connect successfully.

Are you done with the activation phase ? Apple would have sent you an activation code on your email after your renewal process is done.

I also have the same issue. I created a ticket but it was taking a long time to get an answer. I called and they acknowledge there was a problem but needed to escalate the ticket to get it resolved. So far I still have the same problem. Let's see how long it takes to have it resolved.
