Hi, ` We are developing an app with real-money gambling. I read the '5.3 Gaming, Gambling, and Lotteries' guidelines, and I'm not sure if I need to have a license in every country the app will be available on. Following this :
5.3.4 Apps that offer real money gaming (e.g. sports betting, poker, casino games, horse racing) or lotteries must have necessary licensing and permissions in the locations where the app is used, must be geo-restricted to those locations.
My question is, should we get a license for each country, or only a single license from one country can be accepted by the Appstore to publish the app on other countries that allow gambling .
