An App Clip is a small part of your app, and the app must be available in the App Store, which requires a paid Apple Developer Program membership.

Ok I relooked at this and I'm pretty sure that you can actually do this without one 1.first you probably need to sideload your app. 2.Second enable the developer settings menu on your phone(Opening xcode or using libimobiledevices to mount the developer images works). 3.Third go to the middle of the settings app on the ios device and open the new developer menu 4.Open Local experiences 5.Make one If anybody knows if this works please tell, cause this will take me a while to check
