I am trying to find out, I am currently using an API (stitch) to top up my digital EWallet to be used for physical purchases like Tuckshop ordering etc.
I am trying to get confirmation, that if I used the Apple Pay API to top up the EWallet from a credit card does Apple charge the 30% fee to me as the “Merchant”?
As far as I know Apple only charges the fee for digital subscriptions and purchases, which my app does not do.

What do you mean? Do they charge a fee to use Apple Pay to top a wallet?
