Where is the "Games/Educational" category?

I just wanted to look up our new app in iTunes on my Mac and when looking into the Games/Educational subcategories in a lot of countries the app is listed under "new/free". BUT when switching to the U.S. store in iTunes there is not "Games/Educational" category!

I wonder if this is a bug or if the subcategory is not existend!

Please help me answer this because it is essential for us, so we can put our app in the correct subcategories. It doesn't help when there is no such subcategory in the american store because visibility then is zero for this.

Yes its been missing for a while now, along with the "Dice" and "Casino" subcategories. I think its been this way since the big March app store problem. It has affected my sales for sure, they start the nosedive right around the March incident. I have reported it numerous times and had a range of responses. I just hope the 8.4 iOS release addreses the problem. Mainly I would like to know if the Games/Educational category is going to be discontinued or not because I have apps to be released and I really don't want to put them in a category that is on its way out.

These subcategories are still missing (Dice and Casino are where my apps are) - is there any hope of a resolution here???

Has anyone contacted iTunes developer support directly about this issue? I've noticed it for months, and now on the mobile phone it's doing the same thing. It's terrible that this issue has been ongoign since March without a fix! I contacted them via email, but I may have to call them, because this is ridiculous that it hasn't been fixed yet.
