App Store, cannot submit I have error in language

Hi,

I'm trying to publish my first application.

Don't know why I cannot add screen shots. However when I try to publish iTunes connect gives me a red exclamation mark on top "There are one or more errors on the page.", there is also red exclamation mark near the language, although I've checked and my selected language should be UK English same as I've selected.

If I remove the build, it complains about the missing build.

Don't know what to do.

Please help.

BTW: There is a post that is saying that you already know about this issue:

"Apple has confirmed this is a bug with iTunes Connect and you have to contact developer support to get it resolved. I have successfully done this."
