Digital or physical service?

I am in the process of making an app for cinemas which would include the following services:

  • Movie tickets
  • Clerkroom tickets
  • Ticket for parking fees (not a fine)
  • Purchase of food and beverages

Would any of these qualify as digital services/products in accordance with Apples App Store 30% comission?

The tickets are digital but they are used for physical services (watching a movie in the cinema, storing your jacket and parking your car) and the purchase of the food and beverages are certainly physical.

Purchase would occur in the app ? You do not deliver the food for instance. You do sell something in the app. If so, I think it should be subject to commission.

The purchase would happen through the app yes, but the services and products themselves are not digital :)
