I've sent two emails to support asking for clarification on why our company's developer account is still being processed (Developer enrollment submitted Jan 27th). Both times the response was simply that our enrollment was still being processed.
When I initially submitted our company's information, I put myself as having legal authority while I am not the president of the company (assuming this means they will have to reach out to our president with the info I provided). Our president hasn't received any communication from Apple and I'm wondering if it's possible to have him resubmit the enrollment process as the president and potentially reduce processing time? Anyone been in a similar situation and have feedback or solutions?
