Unable to select internal groups to the build that I've uploaded to the appstore. Why the group name is disabled?

Automatically resolved within an hour. Maybe it took some time for processing internally. But that should be notified, @Apple.

Is there any particular reason for this cool-off time, @Apple? It seems to be exactly 30min
