Safari keeps reloading

When I open a new tab on MacBook (macOS version 12.3) and type something to search for in Google, the page reloads automatically when I click in any link on Google. I do not know why? Imagine you open Google and type YouTube and then click on the first link that appears (which must lead to YouTube), once you are in YouTube, Safari brings you back to Google (this happens like in 1 second). This happens in any other site not especially Google.

It happens when I type on the new tab http bar. Sometimes it goes back to the new tab again and again after typing a word and pressing enter and go to Google.

I cleared the history but the same issue is still present.

On Safari MacBook Pro 2021 (macOS version 12.3), when I open a new tab and I start typing something in the address bar and then I press return, Google appears and then disappears automatically; bringing me back to the new empty tab. This sometimes happens a lot, sometimes happens occasionally, it is like random. It is annoying. Even if it does not happen, and I am in Google page, when I click on any link on Google, Safari brings me back to the initial Google page and not to the website that I am supposed to go to after my click.

I do not know what is the problem here and how to fix it.

I cleared the history but the same issue is still present.

Also affected by a similar issue on a 2015 Macbook Pro running Monterey 12.3.1.
