I submit a new version fixing the issues apple listed but they said there are still unresolved. I reply the message and attached some pictures. Should I press resubmit to app review or wait until they answer?

Hard to say without seeing exact rejection comments.
You have already resubmitted with some fixes ? Have you thoroughly checked, including on real devices, that everything is fixed ?
If so, no need to resubmit the same build if no change were made since last rejection.
But you could appeal and explain what you've corrected.
