That's not a question for the forum but directly for Apple.
However, that is really unlikely (not to say no chance). iPhone 6 / 6+ (not 6s / 6s+) are considered not to have hardware to allow for a smooth operation of iOS above iOS 12. Hence, no more update over iOS 12.
