My company has a branded app created for one of our clients that we can no longer publish on their behalf due to App Guideline 5.2.
While trying to transfer the app to the clients Apple Developer Account I ran into an issue due to an expired TestFlight build that had the same build as what is currently published.
There was no way to remove that TestFlight build so I tried creating a new version with a different build. Now I no longer have an option to transfer the app.
So my question is what do I have to do to get the App in a state that I can transfer?
