I can't find the App Store connect method of Distribution

HI there,

When I Archive my project, after this process of archiving is complete and I select Distribute, I can't find the App Store Connect option in the "Select a method of distribution" dialog. Please see image. I need your help please thanks. NB: this is my first app for the App Store.

I am using Xcode Version 13.3 (13E113)

Could you explain the steps you followed ?

Usually, you:

Select Any Devices as target (what you did apparently)
Call Archive command from Product menu
The app is built
You get a new screen to distribute or Validate app.
Select Distribute

Yes, I followed the same approach you outlined. When it got to the fourth bullet point, see image below that's the screen am been presented with.

Finally, on selecting distribute, I get the second screen image.
