Disk not ejected properly

Please Apple… figure out what is going on with this or at least a quicker way of closing Alllllll the windows at once. If Ive been away from my desk for a day or two I have to deal with several of those little boxes closing them one by one…. ANNOYING and such a waste of my time. Its bad enough dealing with them throughout my day when they randomly pop up for no reason. It makes it extremely hard to save stuff at times when its constantly ejecting. Ive researched for a solution and all Ive found is several others with the same on going problem… come on already WHERES THE FIX TO THIS PROBLEM ALREADY? 😭😭😭😭
