When I open developer.apple.com I do not see my other teams on the top right dropdown. After logging in, it directly takes me to one of my teams which is Nautilus and It does not allow me to change to other teams.

Reviewing your account, you are associated with one organization team that is showing up on the drop-down in developer.apple.com. Other teams that you are added to are not organization teams but individual teams - If you are added to an individual team, you do not get access to the developer website.
