crackling and poping sound from two speakers of macbook pro 2015

my macbook pro 2015 it has a issue of coming crackling and popping sound from macbook pro from two speakers it is very iritated and i apply all things from them but it is not fix my macbook pro update is 12.1 montery pleaase help and fix this issues
