I tried everything in this post It is no effect https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/687275

For example, clean Build folder and remove DerivedData

File -> Packages -> Reset Package Caches

or

File -> Packages -> Update To Latest

even removed all the embedded frameworks and re-added them
