I am receiving app store serve notifications. However, the payload seems to be improperly encoded. There is a timestamp, eg. 2022-05-20T21:43:16.046463081Z (always with a . and a space after the Z). When attempting to decode the payload I get bad data. I am seeing this timestamp in all payloads coming from Apple. How do I deal with this timestamp?

So I guess I can just remove the timestamp and then it will decode properly. Still not sure why there is a timestamp, but I have it working now.
