My iPhone 11 was working perfectly fine. It’s not been dropped. Never gotten wet. Never had any issues. I updated to iOS 15.5 and now suddenly the bottom section of my touch screen no longer works and intermittently the rest of my touch screen stops as well. I tried restarting my phone. That gets rid of the intermittent glitch on the rest of the screen but does not fix the bottom issue. I can’t swipe up to log in. I tried doing a hard restart (vol up, vol down, power button till apple logo comes up) still nothing. I tried resetting all my setting options (which is a total pain ) as someone suggested online and still nothing. I DO NOT want to factory reset my phone. I have far too much to lose. Another issue that’s now come up since the update is my screen glitching out, again intermittently, when trying to use it in landscape mode since I can’t use the normal way. How do I fix my phone? The cost of an apple phone is a lot of money for people to invest in. Why can’t you figure out how to put out these updates without messing peoples phones up? This isn’t the first time this has happened to me and I’m not going to go get a new phone or new screen for something I didn’t wreck. I never had these issues with my android phones. I switched to iPhones because they were supposed to be so much better but I’m seriously starting to think I made a huge mistake. If apples updates are the cause of peoples phones no longer working why should we have to pay to fix them? I use my phone for majority of things and now it takes me a ridiculous amount to time just to do the most basic functions. How do I fix this?

Have you had your luck finding the fix with this display issue? I’M also having this issue after updating to ios 15.5 with my iphone x. Temporary fix that I did was to turn on raise to wake feature, it doesn’t fix the issue but it lessens the occurrence of the thing.

Its same happen to me as my iphone 11 and updated to 15.5 ..my bottom feature for remove cant ever scroll anymore i need to remove 1by1 now ?? And it will stuck and hang until you need to just push the stand button to fix it 🤦

I'm having similar issues on my iPhoneX. I went into the apple store. They did a complete hardware test and software diagnostic. Passing both.
They had me factory reset the phone. That seemed to work for a hour or so. Then it locked up again. I factory reset again, and functionality came back.
Something is definitely up with 15.5

**** ios 15.5 literally ****** my 11pro up. It was working last night, now I can’t close tabs and change ******* brightness with the slider tab. It’s garbage **** you apple. Just to see the emojis my girl sent me. What a dumb ******* decision. Garbage software. Don’t recommend anyone download this till Apple actually releases software that works. Bunch of morons over at their hq. The phone barely functions and as a result. To get my previous update back I’d have to probably factory my phone or lose all my data one way or another. Fix it faster eh. Otherwise don’t send me notifications saying to update my phone. Dicks heads…. Deliberately wasting customers money.

Same here, Apple Pay doesn’t seem to work, can’t download any apps on the App Store, phone freezes every few minute's, slide bar on the bottom doesn’t let me go to the Home Screen, I’ve done everything to reset my phone and it still does the same problems. Please fix ASAP I’ve lost a lot of information for work on my phone.

My 11 messed up too. I thought I had automatic updates OFF, but I woke up one morning and my phone was stuck with the apple logo. I tried everything to get it to reset, I couldn’t even make it go to the screen to hook up to iTunes to reset. I went to my local phone store, because I live so far from an Apple Store. They couldn’t help me but said I wasn’t the first one to come in with the issue. I ended up buying another phone. I need to take my phone to see if it can be salvaged at all.

My speaker went out I can’t hear calls I make or receive and my browser doesn’t work.. I don’t know if I should just get a new phone now but it’s looking like so..

Then hard reset (my last back up was a week prior) so was willing to do this to get phone working since nearest Apple store an hour away (gas prices & time!). Hard reset no help. Called Apple & TMoblie several times. Only option is to Express Replacement Service Apple offered me, but now reading fine print worried they will just charge me the replacement cost eventually away.
