The notification time from the App Store is too late

I am an app game engineer. I found some customers initially purchase the subscription, but the notification from the App Store is too late even than 5 days. You can see this picture.

The "CreatTime" is 2022-5-18 7:38:14 [UTC+8] (the notification time).

The "notification_type" is "INITIAL_BUY".

The "purchase_date" is 2022-05-12 23:37:24 Etc/GMT.

And the "expires_date" is close! So my customers only enjoy their access for 1 day.

I think the notification should be immediately, or my customers will lose their VIP access. Someone can help me?

Thank you for reaching out. We attempted to send you the notification immediately, but your server responded with code 500. We then retried several times, and it looks like on the last retry your server accepted the request, based on the time difference.
