Xcode cloud Test action - Problem with destination

Hello, I'm trying to change the destination of a test action in a xcode cloud workflow. For some reason, after I choose a specific device and save, I see that it went back to the defaults: Recommended iPhones.

Did anyone have the same problem? I found that I can set the destination through the portal, but also there it sometimes changes back. Any ideas? In the attached screenshot: This is what I do, I press save and it goes back to the defaults.
